About the Position

Do you want to help develop the working methods for model management in new construction projects? We are now looking for an information coordinator (BIM) for the design group for an exciting project at Familjebostäder. You will be employed by Poolia and work as a consultant during the assignment.

As an information coordinator, you will play a key role in the project and contribute to the development of working methods for model management – from design to management. You will be part of the design group and be responsible for coordinating the common data environment and ensuring that the information flow works smoothly.

Your Main Responsibilities

Project-adapt requirements and support information management in new construction projects.
Be a support to information reviewers/managers.
Manage deviations related to requirements and control compliance with requirements.
Administer the common data environment and compile coordination models.
Prepare, call for, and document review and information coordination meetings.
Ensure that project-specific supplementary files are produced by the correct discipline.
Support project members and project management in questions regarding the project information model.
Quality assure and hand over the project information model and documentation to management.
Document questions and agreements in relevant channels.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who;

Has experience with BIM and information coordination in construction projects.
Is structured, communicative, and enjoys coordinating and creating order.
Has a good understanding of requirements setting and project timelines.
Is used to working with common data environments and digital collaboration tools.
